ERHARDT held its Annual Convention on Thursday, May 16, at the B Accelerator Tower (BAT) in Bilbao, bringing together more than 160 executives under the slogan “Forward Thinking”, a call to action and to look to the future with optimism, with the aim of growing, improving, and evolving.

The event was inaugurated with a speech by Rafael Erhardt, Vice President of the company, who reviewed the significant events of the past fiscal year. He highlighted notable growth in various activities, substantial investments in the logistics division, digitalization efforts, and the opening of two new offices in the United States and Turkey.

The Vice President emphasized that 2023 was a solid year for the group’s various business lines, both in terms of results and the confidence placed in them by clients. “We have demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt. Together with our clients, we have navigated a complex year of profound changes across all our areas of activity in a rapidly evolving market environment,” he stated.

During the event, the new common corporate identity for all the group’s companies was presented, unifying the different brands into a single one: Erhardt. This strategic move aims to strengthen its market visibility, improve its positioning, and meet the needs of today’s clients, who demand more integrated services and greater simplicity in commercial relationships.

The company considers this a key step to “become the integrated partner that our clients demand, with the necessary solidity to offer the best services and resources under a common brand”.

In the words of its Vice President, “The homogenization reflects that we are and act as a single team, opening new professional opportunities for everyone and focusing on growing our business”.

Our Managing Directors in UAE and the US, Andy Hall and Alberto R. Sigüenza respectively, and our Business Developer Manager in Turkey, Merve Eliacik, provided a real and pragmatic view of Erhardt Projects internationalization. They all shared different stories and outlined the varied cultural, linguistic and operational situations of the Company’s internationalization in their respective countries.
